Bluefur, a web-hosting company from Canada, have made the first plug-in to Wordpress for the new Money-maker program DealDotCom. Never heared of DealDotCom?
Well, if you have a blog, you should consider signing up today. The program looks promising. Basically, you sign up for a program which focus strongly on selling products cheap. If you sign up people to the program, and they at a later date actually buys something, you’ll earn a commission. And it doesn’t matter when they cash in on a deal either, you’ll still earn a commission - even if the purchase happens in a 100 years from now! Signing up for an account is of course free.
Anyway, the plug-in for Wordpress doesn’t do much more then display todays product from DealDotCom. It look like this:
The installation process is very simple:
- Download the plug-in from Blurfur.com.
- Unzip the file dealdotcom.zip and upload the folder “dealdotcom” to your plug-in folder (/wp-content/plug-ins/) at your Wordpress installation.
- Activate the plug-in in the WP admin-panel.
- Go to the option-page which you’ll find under “options” and “dealdotcom”, and fill in your referal ID (Sign up for the program if you don’t have one). Here you also can edit some basic colors for the appearence of the plug-in on your blog.
- Add the code snippet <?php dealdotcom(); ?> to your template. Best location may be in the sidebar. I’ve placed mine in the footer-section to the right.
All done! Now you’re ready to make som serious money. JohnChow’s already made $200 on this new program (but, he’s got a lot of traffic..)
