Wordpress makes it easy to change the look of your blog. Maybe to easy; bloggers tend to change the look of their blog almost too often. Some bloggers change theme several times a day! I don’t change themes that often, but I make my own themes - and making themes consumes time. But, for those of you that don’t make your own themes:

The theme viewer is still the #1 place to get new themes from. No question about it. The database of themes now counts 1,600 themes. But, Theme Viewer has banned all sponsored themes, so you may not find the BEST themes here anymore. Still, the theme viewers huge database of database of themes makes it #1.
Wordpress Themes - wpthemesfree.com
1,000+ free themes available. The quality of the themes here tend to be somewhat better then the quality of the themes at Theme Viewer, because Wpthemesfree.com is offering sponsored themes also - which often tend to be of good quality (they have to be to secure maximum downloads). WPthemesfree.com also offers themes in the category “adult” to those bloggers who writes about “adult”-stuff..

60+ themes of fairly good quality. Nice site.

Only 7 (!) themes available here, but the quality of some of these themes makes it worth bookmarking this site.

Site with a huge database of themes, nicely wrapped in a user-friendly design. You’ll find the themes of this site on several other sites, but that really doesn’t matter.
